Stratophase manufacture the
Stratolase family of low-cost wavelength selectable IR lasers. These
are turnkey systems with pump laser and OPO integrated together with a
control system so that the user simply has to plug it in, enter the
desired wavelength and wait a short period for the system to deliver
that wavelength at the output port. There are three products in the
Stratolase range covering different wavelength ranges between 1.33 and
4.6µm. A new product will be released shortly which combines
the wavelength range of all these three products into one unit.
The Stratolase gives excellent beam quality with output power up to 20mW average dependant on wavelength. Further models are being developed with higher output powers
These products are designed as low-cost, general purpose laboratory tools. Stratophase also work with OEM customers to provide OEM and custom solutions with a wide range of specifications including very much higher output powers.
