MgO:PPLN for Sum Frequency Generation
1550nm and tunable Ti-Sapphire for green generation
Magnesium doped PPLN for Sum Frequency Generation (SFG) from a fixed 1550nm laser and a tunable Ti-Sapphire (or similar) laser, for tunable green generation. The output wavelength can be tuned with each PPLN grating by adjusting the input laser wavelength and varying the PPLN temperature.
The SFG1 and SFG2 have now been discontinued. However, there is still limited stock available. Please contact us for a quotation.
All of our crystals are supplied clip-mounted, ready for use in our ovens and controller.

PPLN Ovens
For fixed wavelength applications PPLN should be maintained at a constant operating temperature for maximum conversion efficiency. In tunable wavelength applications the temperature of the crystal can be adjusted for fine wavelength tuning.
